Lost and Found

This is "Elvie". He is technically our foster cat but he has been living with us since November, when we found him wandering around an outlet mall. We called him Elvie because we found him on 11-11-11 so we thought something that sounded like "eleven" was proper. He is a wonderful cat and we would love to keep him but our guys are upset enough already about Lucy moving in, and they are even less thrilled about Elvie "renting a room" from us. The Collier Community Cat Coalition was kind enough to take him on as theirs, but after 3 weeks with no foster in sight, I offered to let him stay at our house. It would be nothing short of a miracle if my 4 guys would accept him and get along, and I will continue to try, but in the meantime we are keeping our eyes and ears open for a good home for him. (He is listed on adoptapet.com under the Collier Community Cat Coalition in Naples, FL.)

  1. What a great blog you have! Elive is a handsome boy! I have four cats. Two of them are torties. My oldest is a Japanese Bobtail mix and she is 19 yrs. old. Cats are wonderful and it's nice to see you devoting your blog to them.
